Our Background
We are a newly established local building company owned by Dave and Tony. We have worked for many years for high profile building companies building homes and extentions and decided we could offer a better service at a competive price to our customers. We have already completed several single and double storey extentions which our customers are delighted with. We have a number of tradesmen to hand who work alongside us and equally have worked within the area for many years, we only use the best! We offer a bespoke service where we are happy to manage your project and take all the stress or if you prefer you can manage your project supported and adviced by ourselves.

C D building services is an new local building firm estabilished by 2 builders who have worked in Lichfield and surrounding areas for over 20 years. Our portfolio of work has been for many well known housing companies and includes new build's, extentions and renovations to existing homes including gardens. We are happy to do small jobs as well as build a house from scratch and can provide a competive quote for your tailored needs.
